Agriculture Information Management System (AIMS) Lab at University of Agriculture Faisalabad


Crop monitoring and yield forecasting is very important to ensure food security. The use of Remote Sensing data, techniques and tools for crop estimation and forecasting at provincial level improves to great extent accuracy and yield prediction well before the time of harvest. FAO, USDA and SUPARCO helped UAF in the establishment of an Agriculture Information Management System Lab to support future trainings to CRS staff.
